General Terms and Conditions - Casa Santangelo Suites
1. Purpose
These general terms govern the online sale of hospitality services offered by Casa Santangelo Suites through its website. Confirmation of the booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Bookings
Reservations can be made directly through the website, via online form, or through partner channels.
Personal data required to confirm the stay will be requested at the time of booking.
The booking is considered valid only after receipt of written confirmation by e-mail.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€).
Any city tax is not included and must be paid directly on site.
The total price indicated at the time of booking is binding.
4. Payments
Payment is required in advance.
Major electronic payment methods are accepted (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
In the case of a non-refundable prepaid rate, the amount will be retained in full.
5. Cancellation Policy
Refundable bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
If cancelled within the allowed period, the amount will be refunded minus the 5% fee retained by the payment gateway, which is non-refundable.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows, or early departures, the full stay will be charged.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Arrivals or departures outside standard hours must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
7. Guest Obligations
Guests agree to:
use rooms and common areas with care and respect;
comply with the property’s internal rules;
not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the booking.
Any damages caused to the property must be compensated.
8. Liability
The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
The liability of the establishment is limited to the value of the stay paid.
9. Force Majeure
Casa Santangelo is not responsible for failure to provide services in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies).
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). Full information is available in the dedicated section of the website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court where the property is located, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
